Hi there!

On a cruise to American Samoa, cruise ships dock in town at the Port of Pago Pago.

The cruise ship docks in a relatively convenient area, you can walk right off the cruise ship in American Samoa to do things on your own!

So Pago Pago cruise port is not a tender port and there is no shuttle necessary to get away from the cruise port.

There are a few places you can walk to from the cruise port, like the national park visitor center, restaurants, and a beach.

To plan your day in Pago Pago from a cruise ship, I’ve created a google map below that includes some things you can do on your own, which is based on my cruise ship visit to Pago Pago.

You can decide if you want to do any of these things!
